How do I book a test drive? +
Open the listing you're interested in and submit the "I'm interested" form, or call us directly. We respond within 2 hours to coordinate a time at our showroom or your preferred location.
What does the LYN Certified seal mean? +
Every certified vehicle passes a 127-point inspection covering mechanics, aesthetics and documentation. You get the full report before deciding, plus a 12-month mechanical warranty.
Can I reserve a vehicle online? +
Yes. After contacting us we can reserve the vehicle for up to 72 hours with a refundable deposit while you complete the documentation or visit in person.
Selling
How much does it cost to list my car? +
Listing is free. We only charge a closing commission when the vehicle sells, and only if you choose our full documentation and photography service.
How long does it take to sell a car with LYN? +
Our average time to sell a certified listing is under 28 days. Price, documentation quality and photography have the biggest impact on how fast it moves.
Do you handle paperwork and title transfer? +
Yes. Our post-sale team handles the title transfer, lien payoff and any notarized paperwork, coordinating with you and the buyer.
Financing
What financing options do you offer? +
We work with certified lenders offering rates from 6.9% APR for qualified profiles, with terms from 12 to 72 months. You can simulate monthly payments on each listing page.
Can I trade in my car? +
Yes. We appraise trade-in vehicles on-site or remotely with a few photos. The appraisal value is deducted from the purchase price.
Delivery & warranty
Do you deliver throughout the state? +
We deliver throughout Florida and neighboring states. Standard delivery is 48 hours within Florida; outside the state expect 3 to 5 business days.
What does the warranty cover? +
The 12-month mechanical warranty covers powertrain, transmission, electrical and electronic systems. Wear parts like tires, pads and consumables are excluded.
Account
How do I recover my password? +
On the sign-in screen click "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions. Contact support if you don't receive the email within 5 minutes.
Can I delete my account? +
Yes. From My panel → Security you can request account deletion. Active listings will be unpublished and your data will be removed within 30 days.
